  • Ed's Spuntino Cafe & Bar, 3/129 Bathurst Street, Hobart, TAS 7000

Let's make Japanese confectionery 'Nerikiri' and taste it with matcha green tea. Make it, taste it, enjoy it!

Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweet delicacies commonly enjoyed with green tea. Nerikiri, a form of Wagashi, is one of the famous traditional Japanese treats. It is an artistic Japanese confectionery which is moulded into various natural shapes according to the season.

Three types of Nerikiri are taught in this workshop by Minako from Budokan Tasmania Sakura Dojo. Matcha green tea will be offered after each lesson to enjoy with the Nerikiri.

All Nerikiri are gluten-free and vegan friendly.

Ingredients: Adzuki beans, Lima beans, sugar and glutenous flour (it's gluten-free, despite its name).
